Getting started
Do I need a referral to see a denture prosthetist?
No. You can book directly with us — no referral from a dentist or doctor is needed. Call the clinic on (02) 6059 8444 or book through this website.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first consultation is free and there is no obligation. We look at what you have, talk through your options honestly, and give you a written quote before any work starts.
Are your dentures made on site or sent away?
Everything is made in our own laboratory at the clinic in West Wodonga. Nothing goes to another city or interstate. It means faster turnaround, and the person fitting your denture can speak directly to the person who made it.
Repairs and urgent visits
Do you repair broken dentures the same day?
Yes, for most breakages. Our laboratory is on site in West Wodonga, so repairs do not have to be sent away. In most cases you will have your dentures back the same day.
Do I need an appointment for a denture repair?
No. Walk in during opening hours — Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm — and we will look at it straight away. For new dentures, relines or adjustments it is best to book ahead.
Cost and cover
Do you accept DVA patients?
Yes. We welcome DVA Gold and White card holders, and we will explain what you are entitled to before anything begins.
Do you accept NSW and Victorian denture vouchers?
Yes, we accept both NSW and Victorian government denture vouchers, along with most major health funds. We go through the paperwork with you in plain language at your first visit.

We are at 75 Melrose Drive, West Wodonga VIC 3690, with wheelchair-accessible parking and entry. Open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Call us on (02) 6059 8444.
